Binchotan is a mascot character of Alchemist which sells “Kimi ga Nozomi Eien” (DC), ""Wind ~ a breath of heart ~"" (DC, PS2), “Hani Hani”(DC, PS2), etc. the title “binchotan” is “a play on words”. Binchotan is a kind of charcoal, which lies on her head, and it is mainly used for cooking. On the other hand, “-tan” is a suffix which usually follows the name of cute girl, it is popular among otaku.
