This DVD is produced to commemorate 5th anniversary of the Net Runner, which is a computer magazine dealing with the Internet. This anime is a parody of the people and characters popular in the Internet. For example, the following characters appear in the anime. If you don't know who they are, you can't enjoy the story very much
