 | | A new evolved race of humans called Diclonius have been discovered. Unfortunately, they appear to be mentally unstable and violent, which when coupled with their special "hands" creates a fear of them by normal humans. One particularly strong Diclonius named Lucy escapes the prison in which they are held after killing many guards, but her personanlity got split into herself, and an ignorant self that can only say "nyu". She meets up with a kind pair, Kouta and Yuka, who take her in and try to teach her how to live properly. |
